Estimating & Project Review

Every successful project starts with understanding the scope. Our estimating team reviews the project requirements, drawings, specifications, materials, and installation conditions to develop a clear and accurate estimate. We identify potential challenges early, helping establish realistic expectations for cost, schedule, materials, and scope before the project moves forward.

2

Shop Drawings & Coordination

Once the project is underway, our team develops detailed shop drawings and coordination documents for approval. Our drawings are created with the entire process in mind—from fabrication through installation—and include the details required to accurately produce the finished product. Detailed. Coordinated. Ready for approval.

3

Field Measurements & Site Meetings

After shop drawings are approved, we schedule field measurements and inspect actual site conditions. Our team verifies dimensions, existing conditions, access, and installation requirements before fabrication begins. We also offer site walkthroughs and coordination meetings to make sure everyone is working from the same information.

4

Material & Production Planning

With approved drawings and verified measurements in hand, we prepare the project for fabrication. Materials, finishes, hardware, and production requirements are reviewed to ensure everything aligns with the approved specifications. Our in-house team coordinates production around the project schedule and installation requirements.

5

In-House Fabrication

This is where our in-house advantage really matters. Our experienced fabrication team transforms approved drawings and specifications into custom architectural metal and glass products. Because fabrication happens under our own roof, our project and production teams can communicate directly and resolve issues quickly. Every piece is fabricated to the approved drawings and inspected throughout the process. Built to the drawing. Built to last.

6

Quality Control & Pre-Installation Inspection

Before anything leaves our shop, we inspect the fabricated products for quality, dimensions, finishes, and overall compliance with the approved drawings and specifications. This additional level of control helps identify and address potential issues before products reach the job site—saving time and avoiding unnecessary delays.

7

Professional Installation

Our highly trained and experienced installation team brings the project together on site. Installers work according to approved drawings, specifications, and site conditions, using high-quality materials and professional tools. Our team stays current with applicable DOB and OSHA requirements and approaches every installation with safety, precision, and professionalism in mind.

8

Final Inspection & Project Documentation

Our involvement doesn't end when installation is complete. We conduct a final inspection to review the completed work, address any outstanding details, and make sure the installation meets the project requirements. We also document completed projects for our portfolio, creating a record of the finished work while showcasing the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every ACW project.
